Managed an international telecommunications company with $125 million in revenues and 85 employees.  Managed, directed, controlled, planned, and organized the day-to-day operations of all business units.


Partnered with North Bay Equity Partners as CEO and Strategic Partner to evaluate the acquisition of a leading Central American plastic packaging company with $40 million in sales to 20 countries and made an offer to acquire and manage the company.


Built Telefonica S.A.'s global Internet B2B organization to develop and manage Internet B2B solutions and provide e-business consulting services to corporate clients.   Managed international operations in the U.S., Spain, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina with over 400 employees and a personnel budget of $17 million.


Provided strategy development and value based management consulting services to Bank of America, First Union Bank, Champion International and Bank of Montreal through a detailed, fact-based methodology focused on maximizing shareholder value.


Advised the Board of Directors of Corporacion Columbia to develop and implement a growth strategy that increased net income by 45%, then performed a financial valuation of the company and negotiated its sale to H.J. Heinz Corporation.


Developed and executed Costa Rica's inward investment strategic program and generated over $30 million in foreign direct investments through his hands-on business development efforts.


Founded Wire Media Group as Owner, CEO, and Publisher, and acquired all the assets of Wire Magazine, the longest running weekly on South Beach, and a niche publication that has been published weekly for over 20 years. Developed and implemented a new business plan to rebrand and grow the magazine and the new media group.


Partnered as CEO and Co-Publisher of MAP Magazine to publish and manage Miami's first culture magazine. Focused the implementation of MAP's media strategy on generating revenues from print advertising, event planning and sponsorships, and online advertising.
